One thing is you don't need to worry all this in the first place isn't ?? Since you got the money to pay 7.3million for it , what is few k monthly maintenance fee etc one thing
you don't need to find contractors yourself do maintenance unlike in Landed house everything you have to settle even you hire a houseman have to depend is he can be trusted etc? can find a good constractors?

but first must think of where to get the money from, only then consider the options available
