A managing director for clothing brand Decks, which runs stores such as Hang Ten and M)phosis, said that the company had to close an outlet in Clarke Quay Central last October because the rental fees were too high.

All businesses should shut for a period of time and let the landlord feel the pain. Otherwise, landlords all thought money drop from the sky. Anyhow raise rental.

Those landlords in SG now have this SAME mindset, they don't bother you want to rent or not because to them SURELY got people want to rent even the price is high

pap must set example, why our minister pay so high, it does't justify. and also the old one, still in office and drew salary for what. let them go. waste our resources.we already developed country and small city state, why made us pay high price for it.

Why rent room high? 

Coz tenants may download many Netfliz drama or turn- on air-con 8 or 12 hrs / day

Not like Commercial tenants pay water, electricity  . . .to PAP
