After passing the official count of > 1,000,000 COVID death within 2 years, the US is now sliding back to the possible next surge.

This is clear warning sign that many are starting to ignore Pandemic dangers and allowing Politics do decide your behaviour.

If one had watch China's rational - one will understand they are fully aware of the risk - COVID can easily kill millions if "living with the virus" is adopted as they don't have the  resources to handle the tidal surge of severely sick and dying with 1.4B in a largely developing country.

What happened  to India in 2021 can easily happen in China - hence the later is very very determined in their dynamic Zero-COVID while remaining vigilant as the virus is always mutating..

given that a quarter of americans already infected.
However long covid cases could be very high.
Perhaps their CDC still try v hard to sell their vaccine,
although yet to approve Novavax.
