Since there is new Compass Framework
that works on point system
so that Fresh Grads FTs can also come here to work at 22 years old

They are doing the work which our umborn locals would otherwise be doing.
A huge number of our graduate women remained single, and they are now in their late fifties and early sixties. A whole generation of chewren of graduate women were never born.
Till now, you don't understand what problems Singapore is facing????

You mean LKY was stupid?
Those lau chabors in their late 50s and early 60s did not marry. They are graduates, many with Masters degree even. They were the very ones LKY had tried so hard to get married off. He started SDU, but still no takers.
If they had married and made babies, their chewren would now be in their 20s, 30s...the very ages FTs are at.
A lot of low ses men also did not get married. We need them to produce daft babies, so that they can grow up to sell cai png, do the very jobs FWs (FWs, not FTs) are doing.
Do you understand now why we need both FTs and FWs in such huge numbers?
