there still some room on saving water used. like in cleaning hand or equipment. it is the surface of contact that matters. the rest are wasted. these include activities like. showering, washing, cleaning etc. most of the water are above the surface in contact with the area needs to be clean and therefore wasted for little purpose.
we need new invention of tools that will deliver just enough water to the surface of contact to achieve the intended purpose.

If water can be recycled 100%, we will never run out of water. It is a matter of technology and costs.
