the north and east sides already developed, the south is the reservoir and the west is the quarry, so no more new development. can check master plan to conform
but not much amenities nearby. if you like the environment can consider lah, only $1000 psf

must well get one near MacRitchie Reservoir partly is Central located. Go anywhere easy and fast , if you drive even faster

The water edge is likely to remain a park. Too narrow to be build a high rise building to block the view.
