When the Oil price is based on USD which was cheapen by years of QE....basically it means US not only exports arms, but also exports inflation across the World...The Russian and Saudis knew the American's cannot sustain artificially bloated easy money and one day pay-back time will come.

Today,   the inflation has gone Global helped by Trump's Trade War against China and Biden's economy sanctions against Russia..
