He can appeal and appeal until he dies and will not be in prison or he can ask his good friend in the King to pardon him.
So he will never be in prison

Heard that the trial judge who convicted Ah Jib is now under investigation
Apparently, before he became a judge he worked as Maybank's Legal Counsel & Secretary directly involved in the setting up of the company which Ah Jib was charged guilty for the offences commited
He failed to declare conflict of interest when he presided over Ah Jib's case.. So now there may be a mistrial

This is true democrazy at work....appeal.n apeal till yr coconuts drop ....as a result of rampant corruption n v poor govenance .
U dont have corruption under control n good governance in place ...It's a Must before u talk about human rights, voting rights, gay rights n wat democrazy...had been to north korea, they r v proud they have the gold standard for a democratic system ....the rest r fake ones!
