She bought $80 call options for $70.
Apple now is $148. Means she paid only $2 extrinsic value 9 months to expiry.
It's almost like a margin position at a very low cost of 1% interest....and some downside loss limits protection against a low probability event of Apple collapsing by more than 50%.
