My neighbour whole family take turns to get dengue. GP told them to rest at home. They told me they take payaya leave juice. None of them died.

Dengue fever and Dengue hemorrhagic fever doctors can only treat by relieving the symptoms. It's caused by virus so the body have to fight and recover on its own.

Sadly, after being stroke TKO by Covid19, our leaders were weakened further by prolonged dengue fever.

I am skeptical at first, but I found there are reputable scientific research to back up his claims.
