Owners of Sers replacement flats will now be allowed to sell their homes only 5 years after collecting their keys - the same requirement as those who buy a BTO or resale flat.
The criteria will affect residents of 4 Ang Mo Kio blocks that were recently picked for Sers. https://str.sg/wuQG

Total 8years plus the progress of selling and buying and relocate to new home about 8.
months. So actual number of years is 8.8 yrs

that's a lot of opportunity costs. 8.8yrs can flip flop several rounds with private properties
