because SG side EASY TO SCAM
the society here is different from USA, Europe etc is hard to scam there.
why? I give you some points
- Singaporean is arrogant , " as if " know everything
- Over confidence
- Thought Smarter than the rest but actually is not.
Lastly FEAR. Scare Govt
So this is why a lot Scammers love to scam Singaporean and this is why we got so many scam call , mails etc
just like PAP , they think they are " smarter " they think " they do anything no body knows behind etc "
This is why they flop so many plans , just refresh how many fail project they have done don't even earn much profits even etc.

I think Indians also use fake certs in Australia. But maybe people don't care because these people usually don't rise very high anyway. But in Singapore, our management people are easily conned by nice presentation, which the Indians are very good at making. Sinkies' language capability is limited hahaha
