got warm water lobster…but we call them crayfish.
farm lobster is hard cos of breeding and growing..take too much time and effort

Normally, the baby lobsters, they buy from one country. Then they grow them. Cost S$1-$2. This way is easier.

That's why I'm surprised people here dare eat those farmed fish in kelongs that lined the Straits of Johor!
Just take a look at the factories and huge chimneys spewing smoke into the air at Pasir Gudang!

Last week I happened to go early morning cycling with a group from my place.
Reached this place at 8am to have breakfast....was recommended by someone in the group.

At that time morning no lobster nasi leak $22 so I ordered drum stick $4. The rice is very good Basmati rich very well cook..the drum stick and chicken coated with flavorful curry powder flour and deep fried.
And they did not make this common mistake ...to put chilli onto cucumber something that drive me nuts when they do this.
