Wondering why people still sign packages having hear such cases so often. If I am the owner, I'll sign-up as many packages, collect advance $, then close shop. Months later, I'll setup another shop and the cycle repeats.

Never sign up for these packages. Even those haircut packages. If you are the owner and you collected a few hundred k or millions of deposit, would you not do the same thing? Close the business and restart under a new name.
