Durian has many health benefits including vitamin C and B. Rich in minerals like potassium to help regulate blood pressure and anti oxidants to prevent cancer.

But note it is high in calories so eat in moderation.

Durian drop all year round. Except only big season they bring in to sell. Some place still have.

Durian season is in warmer climate, therefore they are plentiful in Summer (June to Aug)...

Beware  of artificial ripening chemicals.

Now off season. Not nice. Wait for next May then re start lah.

most are sprayed with chemical pesticides, so dun eat too much

Wonder how NTUC clears those unsold durians. They price it so high and it is always not sold. Later sold to make durian cake?
