Yes the supreme court somehow conclude legally women do not have this right. This is a subjective based on legal interpretation. It does not consider the social and criminal aspects of such a decision.

At a time when US is already having mounting social problems due to income gap, and poverty, this move to make abortion illegal will worsen the situation.

The efrect of allowing abortion reducing crime is seen in all countries that allow abortion.
