Companies under the Prince umbrella include Prince Bank, Cambodia Airways and a private equity firm called Belt Road Capital Management. Prince's Canopy Sands Development is building the US$16 billion (S$22 billion) 834-ha seafront project in Sihanoukville called the Bay of Light. Previously called Ream City, the development on reclaimed land will feature malls, homes, hotels, a golf course and a marina.

According to Prince Holding Group's chief communications officer Gabriel Tan, Cambodians form the vast majority of its 5,000 employees.

At the managerial level, the group has roughly as many Singaporean employees as it has Chinese nationals.
