Because HK has about 50/50 of people vaccinated with corminaty/Sinovac.
SG, almost 100% of vaccinated people took P & M.

All along they can play 4 person mahjong even during lock-down. They can also eat with 4 people.
This likely has got to do with their vaccines mix.
In terms of people mix, they have more mixture than us. Some we don't even hear of.

Likely mRNA is useless. Other than giving people side effects, mRNA is a useless technology.

The secret is that HK banned any flight if they deemed the country covid number is not safe.
