Even if the world is willing to cough out 750 billion dollars to rebuild Ukraine, which part of Ukraine to rebuild?

Whole part or West part or East part?

And who is going to carry the purse once the 750 billion is collected?

This is 750 billion on top of the 100 billion already collected so far

Who is able to trace and track the amount already in the pockets?

Eastern and southern parts, eastern is now under Russian control yet a dozen of countries have claimed their portions including the U.S. and France is eyeing for the port city of Odessa in the south, Germany wants the wheat and energy supplies…..so silly, the war is not yet over, they start separating Ukraine into multiple parts for their own gains instead of rebuilding. There was a map shown in Taiwan’s talkshow 关键时刻 last night with detail of which country takes which part.

Here is the map and all these countries are having meeting in Switzerland on 4 July discussing Ukraine rebuilding after the war.

They have their own internal problems also cannot handle, some more want to tackle Russia in Ukraine 

Dutch Netherlands farmers now on strike because the NGO Green Movement is slapping fertilizer ban for farm use

More and more NGOs in disguise funded by the West to control and destabilise nations so that the West can come in as peacekeepers to raid the pie 

Human rights to Green Movement to Freedom Movement so many funded NGOs in disguise
