Just put Singapore as one cluster. Easier. They can be linked to local or imported.

If there is no need to trace every case and unlinked case, there is no need to use Trace Token anymore.
The govt should stop the use of trace token.

now covid is spreading like fire in bus interchanges.
we can deduce that covid should spread among commuters in MRT trains since MRT trains are too crowded than buses.
the worst thing is that social distancing is impossible in MRT trains.
MRT trains will become the daily covid spread in Singapore.
