And cost of living is going up and all essential services hv increased in price and most assts are not affordability anymore when salary stagnates....
But we cannot say it is senseless to an assassination attempt, because it makes a lot of sense to many who hates Abe and his endorsement of Japan's ww2 war atrocities by worshipping at the Japan war shrine and yet criticise China's peaceful expansion of influence through good economics

Your sense is not the same as PAP's sense. If they say something and we don't understand then we're stupid but if it happens the other way, then they say we never see big picture.

If we really cannot comprehend, then the Govt should give us a simple phrase to the least to explain instead of being nonchalant and refusal to making any effort.

Sometimes I cannot blame the govt for holding this attitude. The reason is that there are a thousand and one complaints out there, ranging from the intellectual, reasonable to the utterly nonsensical, full of self-entitlement ones. Perhaps the majority of the complaints lean towards the latter. Lumping all together, they see it as a futile attempt to do any explanation.

The most nonsensical and senseless thing that this current administration did was that they never got a qualified person to takeover from Richard Hu as the finance minister. It is so ridiculous for non accountant or CFA person to be handling the finance ministry.
The current administration is just a big group of folks who seemed very qualified in their own field of expertise but not where they are deployed...
