Hi this is a nylon string trick.
He does it very well...and very smooth.
He as a very thin string attached to him.
The other end is stuck to what ever he wishes to levitate.
He does not have special powers.

There's another old man who do this better. Doubt can even use strings as the card fly further and goes 360 at a distance. Plus he got many other tricks.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jq9D_HkQhAA
back to the video, I feel is " Magic Tricks " more likely.
Yes you literally go search around, literally is yea " invisiable string " I heard those play Magic tricks one they claim " magic string is more fine etc , you have to stand dam near watch nearly than you can see that string.
the video when people pass him the note, obviously he has to touch the note first , when he touch already paste the string on it.
well nevertheless you see he is handicap. He just do a performance to earn a living. So be it real or is magic tricks also like that.

The card is spinning and travelling too fast for it to be tied to an invisible thread, and that 360 degrees round his body, if it is string used, where did he tie the thread to?

I still find this very difficult to comprehend
While it looks like a magic trick, but how they did it?
I think using string is out of the question if it turns 360 degrees
