One huge mistake under PAP is that

Both PRs and Citizens are eligible for the Housing Grants

But PRs and some new Citizens never serve NS, so they should NEVER be eligible

The most is they are eligible for 50% or go and buy Condo

since good jobs are reserved for FTs

Alternatively, set 50% capital gains tax on property sold when they are not Citizens
