lol , this is why I always say Theory is different , the write up.
They never say Old HDB flat is Bigger than New BTO flat.
I already a Facts , truths, people already knows even go measure.
comparing a Old 4 rm flat vs 4rm BTO flat. The size of the new BTO flat is smaller than the old one.
Even an Old 3rm Flat is about the same vs 4rm New BTO flat.
