Bedok quite fast. Not many people. Raffles Place and TPY branches have more people based on my limited experience. Never went to other branches before.

Not really. There was once when a particular bank's rates was the best or at least one of the best in town several years ago. Its online rate even better.

I was actually referring to HL Bank. Only one location at Tanjong Pagar MRT Station. That was quite a few years back. Now they don't really offer that great rates.
