When dealing with PAP, you must accept that they keep changing their positions to suit their whims and fancies and there will be no debate

So, they can do what they like and we must therefore cannot believe them at all, since we have zero control of what decisions the PAP will make

Always be cynical and skeptical

That should be your first and last rule of survival in this murky, dark and smelly PAP jungle

Please lah, in USA, they are already changing the laws of Gender definition

Anyone that has gone through therapy to make them to be one gender, will be considered legally that gender, even if they still have the biological genitals of their original gender

So once a man can be a woman legally, and that is easily done after getting a certificate that you have gone through some crazy medical therapy, you become a woman legally

So easy to move around the laws, which PAP can keep on muting or changing to suit USA
