I never know one relative not say poor also got BLUE CHAS CARD AUTOMATIC!
own car , can spend money to overhaul yet got BLUE CHAS CARD also got that 3 month elderly payout.

As far as I am concern as long as that person is a true blue Singaporean, it is his/her birth rights to get Blue CHAS even if they are rich and should not anyhow be given to a leeching JHK or imported new citizen......
