I get very pissed off with our govt when I see these kinds of prices. Didn't they see what happened in HK when house prices rose faster than salary? Don't just look at short-term gains!

This explains why PAP must import more foreigners to become PR to buy resale flats so that BTO flat price can remain high.
If there is no foreigner to become PR, there will be no demand for resale flats and resale flat price will drop.
Your high resale flat price is possible because PAP need to convert more foreigners into PR.
It means high flat price will mean more increase of foreigners in Singapore.
There is no free lunch

My Rich Uncle used to told me before, which is ALL ALONG IS TRUE.
He told me, Govt claim this and that never vote them , local GDP will drop, blah blah economics not good is totally BS.
He told me, all these are Businessowners, Corporations , CEO doing the work and the Stock Markets, Economics itself already have a " System " there.

surely is PR buy , like one of my relative sold his 5 rm at 900k++ before that he never want to sell got people also PR wanna offer 1 million. That time he never agreed as that time BTO flats been release he don't feel like it.

man you see how " cheapo" now Flat been build. pre mould casting just stack.
foreigner workers doing the construction in fact now no need so much due to this. Unlike the past, is bricks one by one stack to build up a HDB flat.
This is why old HDB flat last quite long , faults slowly come in is due to " aging " which is common.
Unlike now , you see new BTO flat just after one year or so , slowly leak here and there. Is DUE TO stacking
Of course there is pro and con
Come is time. Stacking can save lot of time and fast to build to finish within 5 years sometimes even faster by 4year you can go collect key.
BUT the EPIC , cost price is MORE yet you can expect just few years going to patch around call HDB patch here and there.

Sellers: Who can be sure that they can sell the same BTO residence for $1Million 10 years later?
( 5 years wait + 5 years living in there)

Again these property companies selling again , Recently saw tv they got hold seminar yet again how to invest what to invest when to invest property
Now new rules , " Prime location need to own at least 8 years if I get it right the number " Not 5 years.
