For me I feel now a days War also like that just like current Russia war.
Still can talk first , crease fire first blah blah than continue war. Now War is not kill people is on Occupy the land.
Life still go on, other countries economy , stock markets etc still going.
Summary now a days so call Modern War is not like the past World war 1 and 2. Which is just kill people , bomb till no tomorrow , no much talks beside occupy the land.
