Suspected of having taken advantage of the rise in electricity prices to make undue profits on the markets, by reselling at exorbitant prices the electrons bought cheaply from EDF, Ohm Énergie is under investigation of the Energy Regulation Commission (CRE). Ten days ago, the administrative body had promised to strengthen its surveillance, and assured that sanctions could be imposed.
