Even many of the ministers are actually not as good as they seem. When MPs asked questions the ministers were reading from their prepared scripts. This shows that these questions were given beforehand.

These questions are given before hand so that the relevant ministries can search to prepare for info to be presented in the parliament.

These are not public exams for entries into universities.
