Actually more people die every year as we are ageing so the age effect has to be removed from data to compare one period from another.
Recently some.netizens claim death has increased after we started vaccination
This proved to be misleading as data was not adjusted for ageing.

Data is also not adjusted for longer life expectancy and better medical science so fewer people should die.
Even if it is "normal", there is still a band within this normal.
There is no denying that vaccines do cause deaths even if it is indirect. This number may be small but it is still lives lost.
