Granted this guy love China and all that. This is his opinion and he has a right to express it. Others also have their own opinion. You can also find people who love malaysia for some reason or other malaysia is most favored by Japanese for long term stay. The Singapoee govt is excellent but you can find 40% of the people voting against it at elections.

So there are 2 sides. Maybe more that 2 sides.

However,  most neutral objective China watchers are concern specifically about China under Xi ...last 10yrs. The period before that was considered good l. It is not"always against or for china".

Looking at what is happening in its economy the deteriorated relations with other countries and Xi steering China support for Iran, Russia, and N.Korea countries.

Listen to Prof. Cai Xia carefully. She head the China ideology school.


Many Chinese and HK people voted with their feet and left while they can.

Investors voted with their money - they have no confidence in the leadership.

This Italian Angelo turns into an apologist trying his best to say why China is good. He should reflect on why others have an opposite view and real concerns.
