Carbon 14 dating only reliable to determine the age of 50000 years artefact/material.
More than 50000 years, it will not be accurate.
Human being only emerged/appeared on Earth about 100,000 years ago. How Human being emerged/appeared, it is still unknown.
Cant imagine it is Million years ago?
