Large-scale exercises near the Korean Peninsula US-S. Korean navy, 1st time in 5 yrs - theold - 26-09-2022
[Seoul Jiji] The U.S. and South Korean navies began joint exercises on the Sea of Japan on the 26th. On the U.S. side, an aircraft carrier strike group centered on the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier Ronald Reagan will participate.
It is the first large-scale joint exercise in the waters near the Korean Peninsula in about five years that includes an aircraft carrier.
