Base on the current policies that I can see, his words are merely for PM Lee to listen. There is no perfect Govt but what I expect is that this Govt puts locals first and not FTs by using better system and not out dated system.

With 50 years in power, this amazing Govt is still constantly making mistakes just like Hiring Discrimination practise. This priviledge given to companies and recruitment agencies for past 20 or 30 years and will need twice the duration to eradicate. Putting a PHD holder will never solve their mistake because of weak leadership that does not know what is hot stove concept.
