Since there are not enough jobs here, then please by all means leave Singapore and migrate elsewhere where there are opportunities especially our SGD currency is not attractive. It is nothing to do with loyalty but survival.

My cousin has scholarship, came back serving his bond and left with his spouse to Japan

My own friend with PHD, left for Germany with 3 times higher salary happily and now has 4 children

My ex- classmate from JC, left for Canada and said he will NEVER return
