according from Indo authority they claim Police By right cannot use " tear gas " in the stadium. FIFA rules do mention this. Apply in every countries.
But according from Indo police is because there are some crowds attack the security , officer etc so they use tear gas.
Why so many get " stamp " due to this as the crowd wanna run away from the tear gas they are indirectly force to one exit can chock it thus many people get injury even deaths "
