Noise pollution ish definitely one of the worst. There ish no on\off switch to turn off one's hearing, so if neighbors ish noisy, be it animal or mechanical, can really be torturing.

one small parrot already 吵死人，this house keeps many big parrots at least 10 or 20 times worse. but the neighbors no complaint

Just wait when cats roam around, enter your flats, pee anywhere, scratch your potted plants, making loud lovermaking noises in the middle of the night then ALL want to sell their flats!

TC ish definitely useless, even call mata also no use.
Last time moi got a neighbor the father like to sing karaokay and the mother like to jio groups to pray mahjong almost daily and overnight too. Normally will start praying from evening to next morning and create a lot of noises. Many neighbors komplained to TC but they at most just invite everyone to talk co(K nia cannot stop that neighbor to continue creating the noise pollution one. Call mata on them many times also no use, at most stop them for few hours then will start again. This continued for years until they finally moved out then everyone ish enjoying peace again.
