China now so prousperous n advancrle. Why he want to return? Somemore buy such a ulu uganda passport. Stay there too long become stupid.

His fake Uganda passport actually worked coming into Singapore. He was only caught when he went to ICA months after his return.
The fake passport quality must be super good. Might be actually made of the real thing, i.e. Uganda embassy staff helped issue it for a bribe.
