Once cool down keep in fridge. If take out again, need to heat to boiling and cool down before keeping again. Indian do that. As the add more meat, the curry become better and better.

super market prata. to cook. do it over very small fire. more like a pastry.
the sauce need not be curry. can make any soup to one liking. chicken soup, or even jammed.
just to add some juice to the dry pastry,
do it correctly can be very tasty.

I usually get Brahim Curry fish instant paste , fish head , Lady fingers and tomato..throw in the pot and boil
goes very well with frozen pratas
