so get ready to pay more tax liao. no more excuse for not paying higher tax as now civil servant up the salary. so to all bosses , prepare to up your staff salary as gov already move the first step.liao. As the employee, please resign and move to other employer if your employer cannot keep up the increased. the whole cycle is to suck us out, that it. if cannot sustain, closed your business, and please dont paid peanut to local resident, we have a minimum cost to substain in sg.

Actually is very negative for Industries in SG. One side greedy for taxes another side " always use private as an example ??? " this is funny whereas Private sectors worry about recession etc even retrench or do less hire to save resources.
I mean they like to tag with private come salary but is TWO different " work culture "
this is why you see those Top Civil servant cannot make it in Private sectors end up? go back public sector.

actually no need revise , Recently MOE also got pay increase
in fact EVERY YEAR they got Mid and Year end bonus + yearly increment already good
