I am not sure. But NEA definitely need to be serious about solving littering problem. They cannot just put up signage and said that they have worked.

She has a point. I visited Skyville at Dawson and the condition is very bad. The rooftop garden looks like it's already 20 years old. Some young punks loitering there occasionally. At least need to install more CCTVs.

Not leh this HDB flat just like Toa Payoh peak etc some flat , resident got access card to unlock the access level
For an example you stay at level 5 only resident at level 5 can access the floor level
I also puzzle how delivery guy send parcel or food if resident stay there
