Don't just read the titles from Western media. The titles will seem to suggest that Xi is intent on fighting a war. Read it with context.

Well... Doesn't just apply to China or communist... As the leader of a country what would be your message to your military folks? Ask them to party at KTV or invest in properties? Or you ask military folks to make sure they are ready to exercise military might when needed? So train up for the day has to be part of the message rite? Lol
Strange how every little move or no move from China is getting positioned as if they are the aggressor to world peace. Yet historically you can search up and notice that since WWII, any invasion and aggression in the name of whatever freedom and liberation etc actually came from USA.. lol
