I have not eaten beef brisket 牛腩 for many years. The beef noodle I eat nowadays do not have that.

When I was young I used to eat 牛腩面 from the old kok kee wanton mee roadside stall at old bugis. Now they do not have that anymore. I remember the 喜临门 restaurant have nice claypot beef brisket dish. Maybe you can try there.

Think Hillman restaurant too pricey.

Just the usual type  is good enough. If look around hard  enough, should be able to find.
