UK: Loan rates Standard and Base Mortgage Rates (SMR and BMR) - theold - 15-11-2022
From 1 December 2022:
our Standard Mortgage Rate (SMR) will increase from 5.74% to 6.49%
our Base Mortgage Rate (BMR) will increase from 4.25% to 5%
