Muhyiddin's 115 statutory affidavits include GPS - theold - 23-11-2022
According to the "New Straits Times" report, sources said that although the Sarawak Political Party Alliance said today that it will leave the formation of a new government to the discretion of His Majesty, Muhyiddin still submitted the statutory affidavit including the Sarawak Political Party Alliance.
According to sources, this is why Muhyiddin was puzzled after meeting His Majesty this afternoon, because His Majesty said that Muhyiddin did not have the support of a majority of MPs.
The source said that although Muhyiddin submitted the statutory affidavit yesterday, everyone is aware of the statement issued by the Sarawak League this morning, and the time limit for submitting the court affidavit is before 2 o'clock this afternoon.
"Anyone can change their mind as long as the deadline is not reached."

Earlier, MIC president Tan Sri SA Vigneswaran said Barisan would not take sides and was not supporting any other coalition, be it Pakatan or Perikatan.
“So, any SDs submitted purportedly supporting any of the sides are null and void,” he said.
Sabah Barisan liaison chief Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin echoed the sentiment, saying Barisan would not take any sides and any decision by Barisan MPs had to be en bloc.
When asked if Barisan was prepared to play the role of the Opposition, he said yes.

Negotiations on the formation of a new government should not involve Ahmad Zahid. He no longer has the moral legitimacy as president of Umno and must step down immediately.
“He may be president in name, but he has no moral authority left to decide on behalf of Umno,” Khairy said in a social media post.

Its leaders said BN would need more time to come to a final decision, before seeking an audience with the King.

This attempt to delay is not only seen as disobeying the orders of the Agong but also shows that there is something wrong in BN itself. This should be explained to the public.
“BN should not have made it difficult for the Agong to complete His Majesty's duties, but now it is clear that there is something wrong with BN and not Istana Negara," he said in a Facebook post this morning.

So the King got no choice. He is pressuring BN to choose PH or PN because these 2 cannot work together
