All of them are either infected or vaccinated. It is no longer an issue there. Their population is expected to overtake China next year. This is also a projection of its economy.

Surprise US is an advanced country and their death figure is very high.

Could be under reported as many diseases in India including malaria diphtheria etc that kill more people so covid just falls to background.

First they did not test. 

Second there are other disease s competition with covid, blocking covid entry. 

Third their vaccine works better than the rest. 

Have to say Africa also perform well in fact even better consider many are unvaccinated.
Only Delta variants kill the most.

environment factor cannot be ignore as well because 
Africa and even Oceania small countries numbers also have relative lower death.

Indian herbs beri effective for ex. star anis repeat until they r exhausted.
just put 5 pcs in a cup and pour hot water
there r others i don't know the names only by sight.
every home has tulsi plant prayer plant good to rid heavy metals.
take a leave and chew.
