Following Powell’s speech, the probability for a half-point move rose to 77%.
Wall Street applauded the remarks. The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed up 737 points, or 2.18%, to snap a three-session losing streak. Tech stocks fared even better, with the Nasdaq Composite roaring 4.41% higher.

When they raise few times 75basis points become norm, 50basis points is called smaller rate hike.
The leverage is the killer lah not mainly on the rate hike
