So far I've yet to try booking at the destination. Always booked thru app. Not sure which is cheaper.
But i do noticed book thru app. Sometimes hotel reception not so friendly. Especially my Thailand trip....reception was even nasty!

Is there any platform that will plan a trip for you with all the booking for hotels, site visiting tours and air ticket all in one app? Then tour groups can KO liao... Lol

I normally book air tickets and hotel together. If price not good then go direct to airline.
Nowadays I don't follow tour liao. Just watch YT and see which place interesting. Just rent a car and drive.
